Exploring science is safe. And Exploratório – Centro Ciência Viva de Coimbra guarantees this. This weekend there are proposals for everyone, with activities to explore science with family and friends: in addition to exhibitions, In Shape with Science and at Leonardo da Vinci, Science Cycle, Family Lab space, and 360º cinema sessions at the Hemispherium, the show Ora Polas! Science on stage, back course Conversar is the best medicine with a conversation about fear and exploratory sessions from Herberto’s book. They all also have free admission activities: Bichos Articulados, the photography gallery by Adriano Miranda Carvão de Aço and the Sair da Casca space.
This Saturday, at 17:00, Ora Paulas is back! Ciência em Palco, program, show, science presentation for the whole family presented by Miriam and with the participation of teacher Olivia who specializes in balls.
The Talk Is Best Cure course, a partnership between Exploratório and Centro Cirúrgico de Coimbra, returns this Saturday, at 18:00, in Exploratório’s outer space, with clinical psychologist Anna Condino in a conversation about fear.
On Sunday, Explorations will hold two sessions so all families can explore the science hiding in the pages of children’s books: 10:15 and 11:45 From Herberto’s Book, the very ancient earthworm story in particular, history and science explorers will explore all about animals.
In 360-degree cinema sessions in hemisphere [12:00 e 17:00]On Saturday, the films O Universo de Escher and The Girl Who Walked Upside Down will be shown, and on Sunday, The Human Body – the most complex device of natural selection.
In the Photo Science Gallery and in the MicroScience Photo Gallery space, the open access spaces, the Adriano Miranda Carvão de Aço and Bichos Articulados Photography Gallery, respectively, can be visited.
The Exploratório – Centro Ciência Viva de Coimbra is open to the public daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
