During 2023, DECO received 14,488 energy complaints in 2023, the majority of which were for excessive bills.

On World Energy Day, celebrated today, May 29, DECO warns of the urgent need to save energy, not only to reduce consumers' monthly bills, but also to help mitigate climate change.

To help consumers save energy, DECO has developed… EVA platformsupported by ERSE.

The EVA platform includes information and advice to allow consumers to reduce their electricity and gas bills by up to 40%, according to DECO. Moreover, citizens can find the EVA Academy, on this platform, which offers free courses that simplify the optimization of energy use at home, empowering consumers to make informed and economically beneficial choices.
