EDP shareholders, at a general meeting, approved the appointment of Pedro Pereira de Vasconcelos as a member of the Board of Directors, the accounts of the company and the proposal to allocate the results.

At the meeting, the individual and consolidated accounts for 2022 were approved, as well as the proposal to apply the results, in the amount of 848,564,984.40 euros.
The now approved proposal includes the transfer of €42,428,249.22 to the statutory reserve, €6,200,000 as an endowment to the EDP and €799,936,735.18.
The amount of the dividend is set at €794,964,108.56, which equates to a total dividend of €0.19 per share.
