EDP - Energias de Portugal has announced the sale of a three-piece portfolio in Brazil with Actis Assassoria Investimentos for R$1,329 million, currently equivalent to about €210 million, according to the statement sent. To CMVM (Securities Market Authority).
The sale is made through EDP Brasil, which is 52.64% owned by EDP Portugal, and relates to a land area of approximately 439 square kilometers with annual revenue of R$131 million (€20.21 million). The Company also informs that execution of this transaction is pending applicable regulatory approvals.
