Opinion polls in the United States currently indicate that next year’s presidential elections will be a duel between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.

However, the former does not believe that Biden will be his competitor next year.

– Personally, I do not think he will reach the elections next year. I think he is in bad physical condition. Mentally, I think it’s just as bad, maybe worse, Trump said during a live-streamed town hall in Iowa. Fox News The night before Wednesday.

The former president believes the Democratic nominee will be either California Governor Gavin Newsom or Vice President Kamala Harris.

Trump’s comment comes on the heels of Biden saying on Tuesday evening that it was not certain that he would have run for president in 2024 had it not been for Donald Trump.

“We can’t let him win,” Biden said at a 2024 campaign donor event outside Boston.

Trump is currently considered to be in the best position in the nomination battle to become the Republican Party’s presidential nominee and challenge Biden in the elections scheduled for November next year.

Biden already announced in April that he would run for re-election as the Democratic presidential nominee. Biden is 81 years old and has been president since January 2021.
