Dmitry Medvedev, former President of Russia and current Vice Chairman of Russia’s Security Council, regularly makes loud threats and blunt statements against the West and Western politicians.

On Friday afternoon, Medvedev made a post on Twitter/X mocking the so-called “photo” of former President Donald Trump.
