Bill Gates is looking for new talent for Microsoft, and this time he is opening the doors to candidates from all over the world. The tech giant is looking to fill a vacancy for an “Artificial Intelligence Program Manager,” part of a team of more than 17,000 employees and offering salaries that can reach $200,000 (about 180,000 euros) per year.
Recently, the company launched an offer for this position, which will allow those selected to work remotely, without having to travel to the office.
Interested candidates must meet several requirements, including:
- Training in management, operations or finance.
- – At least six years of experience in program or product management.
- Knowledge of cloud services and business solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI techniques and tools, such as large-scale language models, as well as technical knowledge in software and services.
Among the responsibilities of the position are the following:

- Establishing strategic relationships with clients.
- Share learning and anticipate obstacles to ensure customer success.
