Applications are already open for this year's edition of DarWin, MEO's intern programme, which aims to integrate young university students into the labor market for a potential future career with the company.
Over the course of 12 months, young people, graduates and masters are accompanied in a personal and continuous way by their supervisors, focusing on the task of leading them from theory to practice.
With the aim of establishing a lasting relationship, the DarWiN program provides throughout the entire training cycle, in addition to coaching moments, ongoing consultation and feedback sessions that allow young people to consolidate their learning, strengthen links with the organizational structure and benefit from full integration.
There were more than 230 trainees who, during the four editions of the programme, had the opportunity to start their careers in a multinational company considered a market leader, integrating relevant projects and monitoring the making of key business decisions, in areas as different as engineering, cybersecurity or technology. Information, marketing or communications.
Applications for this edition can be submitted until the end of May here.
The DarWiN program will be entered in September. Until then, and in continuation of a strategy that places people as one of its pillars, MEO once again puts technology at the service of humanity. Using AI-driven tools, the application platform has been programmed in this version, so that candidates will have more frequent feedback regarding the selection process.
