Delta is the most attractive company to work in Portugal. Bosch and Farfetch are close to the top 3 – companies

Published on

This year, Farfetch and Bosch entered the top 3 attractive companies to work for, with an increase of 8 and 15 places, with Delta taking first place.

Among the preferred sectors, health is first, followed by information technologies, which took the lead last year, with the automotive sector closing the platform. As for remote work, it has fallen again this year, after the slowdown in government measures against Covid-19, which now stands at 38%.

These are the results reported in Randstad Employer Brand Research 2022, which also highlights a 4% increase in the number of Portuguese workers who changed employer in the latter half of 2021.

There is also a growing trend in employment, with 1 in 5 Portuguese people planning to change jobs this year, an increase of 6% compared to the same period last year.

When choosing a company to work for, salary and benefits remain the main criteria, along with reconciling personal and professional life and work environment.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research study aims to analyze the population’s perception of employers in different countries. In Portugal, the survey was conducted online in January 2022, with 4,997 individuals (active professionals, unemployed and students), aged between 18 and 65 years. Most of the respondents live in Lisbon (38%), followed by the north (34%) and center (18%) of the country.
