Paul Lim seemed to be doing it again. “Singapore Slinger” won the World Cup last year at the age of 67. Staggering record after escaping five match darts. Peter Wright had very different problems.

BEter Wright Darts successfully enters World Cup. The 2020 World Champion defeated Ryan Meikle 3-0, who defeated German Fabian Schmutsler with the same result on the second day of the tournament.

“Snakebird” came on stage in a painted Christmas costume, mohawk pink and golden yellow. After his actions in recent years, a relatively subtle reference from the outlandish world number two. At the 2020 World Cup, Scott jumped on stage as a Christmas god, and last year he turned the World Cup into a crunchy insecurity.

As he restrained his weak opponent, the dress caused him serious problems, and then he declared: “Long arms are terrible,” he said, “It made me so hot, I thought about it seriously during the break… Cut them off after Christmas.” He hopes to play short in his third round match, and John Wright, who is always in charge of his outfits, responded by shaking his head.

As for the game, Scott has no doubt against the English. The figures averaged 92.19 to 79.29 at the end of twelve legs. A sober run for Wright, after all the ranked players gave up at least the first set against the underdogs of the match.

The perfect game would have been the second scene of an unforgettable evening at the Palace of Alexandra.

Paul Lim, who won a match last year with a win over Luke Humphries in World Cup history, has announced that he will become the oldest player in World Cup history to set his record in just one more year. The Singaporean, who celebrates his 68th birthday in January, has already escaped five games against Joe Murnen.

It wasn’t a good level, both played 79 on average, but it was still exciting. Murnon had three game daggers in hand in the 2-1 set lead, but missed them all. The England player took a 2-0 lead in the fifth round and had two chances to win and missed those chances. Lim, who is playing his 26th World Cup (also a record), and with 65 points remaining, was just ahead of the decision when his opponent won 3-2.
