CTT will propose to the General Assembly to pay a total dividend of 12.5 cents per share, which represents a payout ratio of 47.7% and A return of approximately 3.47% compared to Thursday’s closing price (€3.60).

“Dividend payment is subject to approval by the general meeting and will be paid in May 2023,” CTT said in a communication made to the Commission on the Securities Market (CMVM).

CTT remains “committed to improving shareholder rewards,” and the company led by João Bento is on the same note.

CTT today announced its results for 2022, after ending the year with a 5.2% drop in profit to €36.4m. Revenue increased by 6.9% over the previous year to 906.6 million euros, with all business areas recording growth.
