The eleven players selected by Bruno Lage and Cristiano Bacchi for the duel between Boavista and Benfica, scheduled for 8:15 p.m. in Besa, have already been announced.

Bruno Lage made two changes to the starting line-up that started the match against Estrela Vermelha. The injured Bah makes way for Tomas Araujo, while Orens replaces Rolheiser in midfield.

Cristiano Bacchi also made two changes compared to the starting line-up against Estrela da Amadora. Joao Barros and Joel Silva come on for Abascal and Gonçalo Almeida.

The match concludes the sixth round of the Spanish League, after Sporting and Porto won.

Eleventh Boavista: Tommy Souza, Onyemaichi, Felipe Ferreira, Camara and Pedro Gomes, Perez, Vukotic, Joel Silva, Salvador Agra, Joao Barros and Boznik

In the Spanish League, 122 matches were held between the two teams, with Boavista achieving 18 wins, 33 draws, and 71 wins for Benfica.

In the last eight meetings between the two teams, Boavista has won only once: 3-2 at home last season.

In the past four seasons, Bruno Lage's side have won just once at the Estadio do Besa, 0-3 in 2022/23.
