WWith debts of more than three million euros, Auto Soeiro – Comércio de Automóveis e Camiões, a multi-brand workshop with more than 30 years in Alhos Vedros, Moita, managed to obtain the approval of its creditors in 2017 to join the private revitalization process (Per). But the rescue was of no use. The company went bankrupt and is now up for sale in an online auction for more than two million euros.

In a statement, Lilusoc Auctions described the company’s building as a “huge commercial showroom” and a two-storey “built-up area” comprising a workshop, reception, offices and private parking, “with a total area of 5,114.00 m2 and a total built-up area of 3,573.37 m2.”

The building is located next to Estrada Nacional 11, one of the main entrances to Alhos Vedros.

The auction continues until October 4 at 6pm.
