The artist's lawyer, Robert Rosenblatt, previously spoke AP Kingston and his mother are looking forward to facing the charges in court in Florida, and they are confident of reaching a “successful outcome.”

Kingston was on probation following a previous conviction for reselling stolen property, and is also accused of violating the terms of his parole.
