After the success of the M1 and M2 chipsets, there is no doubt that Apple is now developing the M3. And if we keep in mind the latest rumors, the M3 Pro is expected to see significant improvements in terms of performance compared to the previous generation.
According to analyst Mark Gorman bloombergApple is poised to leapfrog with the new M3 Pro, especially in terms of performance. This new model will have 12 process colors and 18 graphics colors.
The chip will be developed in TSMC’s 3nm process, thus also a leap from the 5nm process that was in previous versions. The increase in color, both in terms of processing and GPU, will greatly improve performance compared to the previous M1 and M2 Pro.
Finally, rumors also indicate that this new chip will support configurations of up to 36GB of RAM, which is a significant increase from the 16GB limit found in the M2 Pro.
It should be noted that all the information known at the moment is based solely on rumors, and Apple has not yet left any information regarding the new processor – and perhaps no details should be disclosed until it appears in future products, as is customary for the company.
