There are changes in the leadership of Altice Portugal. The telecommunications company announced on Friday a set of changes aimed at the Portuguese management as well as the international management structure of the group.
Alexandre Fonseca, who served as CEO of Altice Portugal for four years, is leaving to take on an international role at the group. The information has already been sent to Altice Portugal workers. Altice explains that the Portuguese director will coordinate operations in different countries, with the CEO taking the role of co-CEO and responsible for the group’s operations, specifically in Altice Europe.
“This new management structure will include, in addition to Alexandre Fonseca, Malo Corbin as Co-CEO responsible for finance, mergers and acquisitions. Anna Figueiredo is the successor to CEO, leaving the position of CEO of Altice Operations in the Dominican Republic, which he has held since 2018. Prior to assuming the presidency of Altice Dominicana, she was appointed between 2016 and 2018 as Chief Audit Executive for the Altice Group in Switzerland, where she oversaw operations in France, the United States, Israel, Portugal and the Dominican Republic.
The remaining executive committee of Altis Portugal will remain.
Alexandre Fonseca and Ana Figueiredo take over their duties on 2 April.
