A real crossroads… – Human Resources

A real crossroads… – Human Resources

Written by Ricardo Florencio

When we try to articulate the perspectives and trends that will characterize the coming times in this people management ecosystem, we realize that the list grows, becomes increasingly extensive, and such is the increasing complexity of the context in which it is embedded. And when you try to determine what each entails, you realize that the topics are so interconnected that, in fact, it becomes almost impossible to establish any kind of prioritization.

Therefore, it can be said that we are indeed facing a crossroads. The transformations brought about by business models in organizations, the introduction of all types of artificial intelligence, technological development, the necessary training of people and their adaptation to the new reality, and the way in which leaders deal – or are unable to deal – with all these changes are just some of the “roads” that we travel. In which. The issue of taxes, salaries, attracting talent, stimulating or counter-discouraging, and general labor shortages are others. What’s more: personal and professional life balance, various mental health issues… There are many corners that exist in daily corporate life, and you should not fall into a “dead corner”.

The list of topics is endless. And all this in a climate of uncertainty, where companies look to their future with some moderation and some even with apprehension, where results must continue to emerge, and productivity continues to play a very important role.

Yes, we are at a crossroads, and we must all commit to providing the best solutions.
