On April 15, one-year-old Madden Hine, from Minnesota, USA, was pronounced dead after falling from a hotel window two days earlier.
The incident occurred on the third floor of the Club House Hotel and Suites in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, around 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 13. He did not say how the boy got out of the window.
– A tragic accident
The one-year-old boy survived the fall, but was taken to hospital in critical condition. Two days later, on the evening of April 15, he died.
– There is no indication of anything other than that this was a tragic accident, Sam Clements of the local police tells the newspaper. Star Tribune.

It further explains that witnesses at the scene provided life-saving first aid to the boy until health workers arrived. Madden had a pulse but was not conscious.
The police are investigating the incident.
Organ donation
The family conveyed the news of the death in A Facebook posts. They write that they share the message with a heavy heart:
“Our dear little Madden received his angelic wings late Monday, April 15. We miss him so much and are struggling to process this. Madden was a donor, and his organs will now save many more lives. Our little boy is a true superhero,” the parents wrote. Catherine Nasby Hine and Alex Hine.

“Madden has wonderful, loving parents who are teachers, an older sister who is three years old and a little brother on the way. “It's due in August,” she says.
