On Friday, the Senate introduced amendments to the High Amendment to the Code of Administrative Procedure, for example, on the possibility of questioning the validity of administrative decisions related to privatization. As a result, the process returns to Sezm.

The key changes adopted by the senators in the amendments, among other things, could complete the still pending proceedings initiated 30 years after the end of the administration and extend the vacancy law of the law by three months.

Gideon Taylor, executive director of the World Organization for the Restoration of Jewish Property (WJRO), noted the Senate amendments in Rzeczpospolita.
