Osorio has already left the orbit of FC Porto in the summer of 2020, when he signed with Parma on a permanent basis, generating a capital gain of 1,003.618 million euros, according to the consolidated annual report for the first half of 2020/21. The Venezuelan signed a contract with the Italian club until 2024.

Tondela, in a statement in a five-line text, confirmed the presence of inspectors from the IRS. He informed the club that “CD Tondela provided the assistance required in accessing all documents and information in a fully collaborative manner with the inspectors and the process involved”.
