The man who killed Ashton Kutcher’s ex-girlfriend must die himself.

Michael Thomas Gargolo, 45, was given a death sentence by prosecutors called “The Boy Next Door Killer” in Los Angeles on Friday, he wrote. AP.

Judge, Larry B. Fiedler, as he delivered the death sentence in Los Angeles Superior Court, while relatives of the killer’s victims wiped tears in the courtroom: “Wherever Mr. Gargolo goes, death and corruption follow.”

Gargiulo was convicted of the murder of two women and the attempted murder of a third.

The murder case received so much attention around the world that actress Ashton Kutcher approached one of the victims, 22-year-old Ashley Ellerin, the night before she was murdered in 2001.

Kutcher also testified in the case against Gargiulo.

He further said that he looked in the windows and recorded that all the lights were on and it looked as if red wine had been spilled on the carpet. The shock came the next day when he heard that Eileen had been murdered.

“I panicked,” said Ashton Kutcher, who had never been in the spotlight on this case.

The second murder of 32-year-old Maria Bruno occurred in 2005, but Gargiulo was not arrested until 2008 after trying to kill Michelle Murphy in Santa Monica.

Murphy – who was the main police witness during the trial – escaped the killer after a fight in which Gargiulo left blood trails which led to the police being able to link him to the other two murders.

According to the Associated Press, it is unlikely that Michael Thomas Gargiulo will be executed immediately. California’s last death sentence was carried out in 2006, and the state’s governor, Gavin Newsom, had previously stated that no executions would take place as long as he held the position of governor.
