Google has already announced the latest version of Android 12, but the final version of the system will take some time to be ready. Once that happens, smartphone manufacturers will still need more time to make their improvements. And Xiaomi is clearly one of the companies that will be in the middle
Anyone who has used Xiaomi smartphones knows that the Chinese manufacturer is not very agile in terms of system updates. In any case, many are curious as to whether their devices will receive the latest version of the system. In this sense, a supposed list leaked directly from sources within Xiaomi reveals which devices will be compatible with the new Android 12.
As we can see in the list, all Mi series smartphones from 2020 and 2021 will be covered with the new feature. In addition, successful devices such as Redmi Note 10, 3rd and 4th generation of the Black Shark gaming line and Poco F3 will also receive the latest system.

Over time, it will be wise on Xiaomi’s part to keep their devices updated for a longer period. After all, its main competitor, Samsung, is working hard to keep its smartphones with more modern versions of Android. Therefore, Xiaomi may follow suit and offer more modern and secure software to its fans.
