Earlier on Thursday, several US media reported, including بما The Wall Street Journal, That Donald Trump Corporation and the company’s chief financial officer Charged in connection with a tax investigation.

On Thursday night, the Trump Organization and CFO Allen Weisselberg were apparently charged with 15 different crimes — including aggravated embezzlement, fraud, conspiracy, tax evasion and account fraud. Several US media reported on Thursday.

Weisselberg is said to have failed to pay $1.7 million in income tax.

The AP news agency reported that the CFO does not plead guilty to any of the charges. Former President Donald Trump did not press charges even on this tour.

– This is a politician. These are just allegations, and they should be tried in court, defense attorney Alan Wouterfas said at a press conference outside the courtroom.

The organization says it is very optimistic and hopes the indictment will not have a significant impact on the company.

The case concerns unreported benefits afforded to directors and other employees in connection with possible use of apartments and cars and payment of school fees.

Weiselberg reported to authorities and was seen walking into a Manhattan courtroom Thursday morning with his attorney.

His attorneys, Mary Mulligan and Brian Scarlatos, said earlier Thursday that he would fight the charges in court.

The New York Attorney General’s Office and Attorney General C. Vance have been investigating the company, which is run by former US President Donald Trump, for more than two years. In May, the investigation was given the status of a criminal investigation.

Among other things, it was investigated whether Trump inflated the value of his companies to obtain favorable loan terms and stated a lower value of his property to achieve lower taxes.

The former president had previously said he believed the investigation against him was politically motivated.

The Trump Organization said in a statement that Weisselberg was being used as a piece in a game to demonize the former president.

– This is not justice, this is policy, as the company claims.
