According to Bloomberg News journalist Mark Gurman, Apple Intelligence features will not reach the new generation of iPhone 16 until October, through a software update.

The well-known journalist spoke to some people close to the operation who did not want to be identified because the information has not yet been officially released.

Gurman says the AI ​​features won't be available until a few weeks after the stable versions of iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 are released, with that launch happening in September.

Mark Gurman also says that later this week, developers will receive Apple Intelligence alongside beta versions of iOS 18.1 and iPadOS 18.1.

According to the well-known journalist, Tim Cook plans to launch Apple Intelligence through several updates that will be available between the last quarter of 2024 and the first half of 2025.

Apple Intelligence only on select iPhone models

However, we also know that only some of the latest iPhone models will be eligible for Apple Intelligence.

According to advanced information, only iPhone models with 8GB of RAM will integrate AI-based features. After all, the eligible models are:
