It was Catarina Gouveia's dream home, but her passion, after all, was short-lived. The actress has put her luxury T2 home in Quinta da Marinha, in Cascais, up for sale for €2.3 million, showing that she is investing heavily and badly in the Portuguese real estate sector. The secret to being worth millions is simple: buy, value (largely thanks to partnerships with interior brands and the power of her influence on social media) and then sell at a generous profit.
After selling a villa in the exclusive Troia area, Catarina Gouveia has now put her apartment with pool in Cascais up for sale for €2.3 million. The ad published on the Idealista website states that the house has an area of 134 square meters, distributed in an open living room and kitchen, two suites, an entrance hall and a guest bathroom. It has two bedrooms, a large green garden, a 19 square meter terrace and a swimming pool.
The residence is located in a new condominium, next to the Quinta da Marinha golf course, in Cascais, and also has a private garage, with two parking spaces and an electric charging station. The price also reaches 2.3 million euros. The sale comes less than 12 months after the digital influencer bought the house and told the press that it was her “dream home”.
This is not the first time that Catarina Gouveia, 36, has shown details of her home on social media, and a few months later she put it up for sale. During the quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the actress and her husband Pedro Melo Guerra, general manager of Caetano Baviera, bought their first home between Troia and Comporta, which was later sold for 2 million euros, according to Flash!.
The actress and her husband also recently purchased a holiday home in the Verdelago Resort in the Algarve.
