After revealing details about the optical part of Google's new Pixel 9 series of phones, a new leak reveals other discoveries.
New images show what the second foldable Pixel Fold will look like, and there's also news that the next terminals will feature faster charging and larger batteries. We'll tell you all about it right away.
What's new in Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold
The images have now revealed the focus on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold model, which comes with some differences compared to the previous model. The new foldable device will be sleeker, will have fewer bezels, and best of all, the crease on the screen will be less noticeable.
Another new feature is that the front camera has a new location. It will now be located in the corner of the screen.
But there's another very welcome piece of news. As you can see in the images released, the new Pixel Fold can be opened completely flat. Remember, Google's first foldable smartphone didn't allow that to happen.
Faster charging speeds and bigger batteries
But there's more good news regarding the other models in Google's new smartphone lineup, in terms of battery sizes and charging speeds.
According to the information released, the Pixel 9 Pro XL may offer support for 35W fast charging. This is a welcome improvement, since the Pixel 8 Pro has a limited 30W charging.
The same rumors may also reveal the battery capacity of each of the new Pixel 9 models, which are:
- Pixel 9: 4,270 mAh
- Pixel 9 Pro: 4,955 mAh
- Pixel 9 Pro XL: 5,100 mAh
- Pixel 9 Pro Fold: 4500 mAh
Remember that the new Google smartphone series is expected to be presented on August 13, and only then will we be able to confirm all the details of each of the 9 series smartphones.
