Which came first, the egg or the chicken? According to the answer of science

The secret is revealed: The great mystery of “Which came first, the chicken or the egg?” Now there is an answer. According to a study published in the scientific journal Nature Ecology & Evolution, it has been revealed that the early ancestors of modern birds and reptiles may have given birth to surviving young, which contradicts most people's answer: the egg. Scientists show that the first reptilian ancestors of chickens, which existed millions of years before dinosaurs evolved, may not have laid eggs.

Discovery: But only now have scientists discovered that the ancestors of chickens may not have laid eggs, as everyone previously thought. According to experts who believe that 'laying' hard-shelled eggs played a crucial role in the evolutionary success of species known as amniotes, around 300 million years ago, including mammals, lizards, crocodiles and birds. Researchers from the University of Bristol and Nanjing University in China recently discovered that some species that lay eggs must have evolved from ancestors that were viviparous, or those that gave birth to young.
