WhatsApp will have big changes, but you'll have to accept them first

The popular messaging service, WhatsApp, is about to implement one of its biggest updates yet. Starting April 11, it will be possible to send messages to other messaging platforms such as Telegram or iMessage, according to the website. Wabetainfo.

This change is related to the change in the application's terms of service in Europe.

Users will be able to choose whether they want to use this new functionality and will have to accept the new terms of use of the application.

This new functionality will initially only work with messages, photos, videos, audio recordings and files. Only then will it be applied to group calls and chats.

The third blue visa application is one of the new features expected soon, although there is no known date for its arrival yet. Inserting this icon will indicate that the recipient of the message has taken a screenshot.

The latest beta version for Android also has an option that allows you to save space on devices, allowing you to limit the quality of media files that are sent to contacts.

Another update concerns video recording in the app. The new update, available first for iPhones, lets you fast-forward or rewind a video by double-tapping the edge of the screen, and should be rolled out in the coming weeks.
