What she feared had happened. Maria Botelho Moniz returns to TVI but has left the channel's morning show – Nacional

María Botello Muniz is about to return to TVI, after being at home on maternity leave. But the broadcaster will not return to the form she presented, according to what the channel reported.

TVI will continue to focus on Claudio Ramos and Cristina Ferreira in the morning and select Maria Botelho Muniz in the afternoon. “A new challenge awaits her, in a bet of great importance for the channel. Maria Botelho Moniz will take over the station in the late afternoon, taking over at that time the management of the reality program that since September 2000 has become an obligatory reference in the Portuguese audio-visual programs Panorama,” the channel says in statement.

More: “Possessing exceptional versatility and recognized communication skills, she will manage a space that is a cornerstone of TVI's television exposure strategy. She will also be responsible for other projects currently in development,” he said, without revealing any further details. News.

In other words, what Maria feared most happened: she lost her place on TVI mornings, one of the most important programs in the ratings war.

What was initially planned, according to the conversations that Cristina had live about María Botello Muniz's maternity leave, should return before May. In other words, I'll be spending less time at home than the entire vacation… with plans to return in March. This will happen, but as the statement reveals, Maria has gone to another time, leaving Cristina in her place.

It's another victory for Jose Eduardo Muniz, who is slowly enforcing his orders. He always wanted Christina in the morning, and now that she was there and the channel was the leader, he used this to keep the “Dois à 10” dynamic. Muniz also benefited from Cristina's relationship, as she is very committed to the relationship and devotes less time to TVI.
