NewSpring, from CTT Group, won Worten's call center management competition and moved into the Báltico building, the former post office headquarters that was the target of litigation with TAP.
The Baltico building, in Parque das Nações, the former headquarters of CTT that was supposed to be occupied by TAP, was the property chosen by the group led by João Pinto to install NewSpring Services, the subsidiary chosen to manage Communication Center From Wharton. The CTT group company, which recently won the Sonae company competition, moved to the Báltico building, in Parque das Nações, in December, Jornal Económico has learned.
NewSpring Services is a consulting and outsourcing company for operations management, back-office and front-office, with contact center operations, integrated into the CTT Group, to which Worten has appointed management of its customer service centre.
NewSpring CEO Jorge Froes confirmed to Económico that the company had won project management.
