Flu, Covid and more: People can get vaccinated for free at Cinelandia subway station in Rio – News

The vaccination point is close to Exit A of the station

Anyone passing through the subway station in Cinelandia, the central area of Rio de JaneiroYou can get the vaccination for free.

Shots for influenza (flu), COVID-19 (bivalent), and hepatitis B are available on site, as well as DT (tetanus) and MTV.

The space is open Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., near A (Theatro Municipal).

Those interested do not need to go up to the station, as the vaccination point is located outside the turnstiles area.

The SMS (Municipal Health Department) initiative, in partnership with MetrôRio, aims to expand and restore vaccination coverage for Rio’s population.

More than 9,000 doses of vaccines have already been administered since the campaign began in May this year.
