Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1 will be released on Tuesday (24), with a collection of seven games from the saga, released by Konami as part of the celebration of the first game’s 35th anniversary.
Players will have access to early versions of the game, allowing new users to participate in Snakes’ Agent missions on new generation consoles. The gameplay will remain the same, but it will get support for Nintendo Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series consoles. On a computer, keyboard and mouse use will not be allowed. In the bundle, we have the following games: Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Metal Gear Summer for NES/FC and Revenge of the Snake.
As a result, the images are in HD resolution, without major visual changes. The controversy surrounding the mandatory use of controllers did not change Konami’s plans, stating that the plans were always intended for the games to allow for an authentic experience, with no changes in this regard. Another questionable point among players is the lack of subtitles in PT-BR.
Finally, the collection will contain additional content such as texts, guides, graphic novels, and for those who pre-order the game, access to the digital soundtrack.
Finally, Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1 will debut on PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam) on October 24.
