In its first edition, the 11 municipalities that are part of the Paraná Centro Regional Committee are partners in the actions promoted by the event.

In order to promote the dissemination of innovation culture and generate regional development, forum Guarapuava technology and innovation (CT&I), This Wednesday (21) promotes the first edition of the Rota de Inovação – Ecossistema de Guarapuava event.

“The idea of ​​this event is to promote and pass on the examples of success developed by the Guarapuava City Council, with the aim of regional development, so that all the surrounding cities also grow,” explained Vice President CT&I and Development Agent, Guarapuava City Council Representative Ana Claudia Klossowski de Andrade.

The Permanent Forum for Science, Technology and Innovation was born out of the Innovation Ecosystem Action Plan within the Sector Mapping Study, conducted in 2017, through the partnership between SEBRAE/PR, Guarapuava City Hall and Certi Foundation. Established in February 2019 to identify synergies and business convergence and develop joint proposals to unite sectors focused on technology and innovation in the city, the CT&I Forum helped define development strategies for sectors identified as potential careers for the city such as agribusiness, education and technology.

Currently, the Forum consists of members representing 72 public entities, companies and private institutions from various fields of knowledge and activities. Among the new administration’s priorities will be progress in implementing the proposals outlined by the 2035 conference.

During the event, in the morning, visitors from the municipalities of Boaventura de São Roque, Curitiba, Manuel Ribas, Mato Rico, Nova Tebas Pitanga, Palmital and Santa María do Oeste were introduced to the innovative projects implemented by the Town Hall through the departments of Education, Innovation, Women and Health. In the afternoon, the itinerary includes visits to educational institutions, such as the University Center of Campo Real, SEBRAE, Cilla Tech Park, and the Institute for Cancer Research (IPEC).

The Ministry of Municipal Education (SME) presented the projects Matific, Aprimora, Guara Code, Guara Kids, Plataforma Educamais. In addition to Crer & Ser and The first steps of young entrepreneurs (JEPP).

Secretary Sávio França Denardi presented the projects that make up the Guarapuava Innovation Secretariat, as well as the history of the creation of the portfolio. He presented the establishment of the Municipal Fund for Technology and Innovation, and the Regulatory Protection Fund, CG 2035, in addition to talking about the history of development until the implementation of the Municipal Secretariat.

“We are going through a very important moment in Guarapuava in terms of technology and innovation. We have examples of this in all municipal districts, and this is very important. These changes are due not only to the city council, but to the entire innovation ecosystem in Guarapuava,” Savio noted.

The Secretariat for Public Policies for Women (SPPM) demonstrated how to use technology to register women victims of domestic violence with the help of noodles. Through SUAM (Sistema Único de Assistência à Mulher), acquired in July 2021, the computerized system developed by Onixseven Tecnologia, assists user registration previously performed manually. “It is important to note that all control and logging operations are strictly confidential and only a few CRAM servers have access to this information,” explained Aline Remes de Carvalho, interim secretary of SPPM in Guarapuava.
