If you need to stock up, you better go now. Fuel will become more expensive

sAnd you need to fill up your car, you’d better do it now, as fuel prices are expected to go up from Monday. The surcharge applies to both diesel and petrol.

A source in the sector said price increases of about 2.5 cents are at stake. News by the minute.

These expectations come at a time when simple diesel fuel costs 1,443 euros / liter, while 95 simple gasoline costs 1,657 euros / liter, according to data from the General Directorate of Energy and Geology (DGEG).

These average daily prices are calculated “on the basis of the prices announced by the gas stations, weighted by the quantities sold in the last known period, including the discounts that are practiced in the gas stations such as fleet cards and others.”

At the beginning of last week, remember that simple diesel fuel increased from 1423 € / liter to 1439 € / liter, which means an increase of 1.6 cents. 95 straight petrol rose from 1,638 €/l to 1,654 €/l, also up 1.6 cents.
