Gundogan starred in Game 300 as Man City beat Everton

With the captain’s armband, and on the day he played his 300th match for Manchester City, Ilkay Gundogan put in an impressive display in Manchester City’s victory over Everton (0-3).

With Ruben Dias in the eleven, the Premier League captain sensed Liverpool’s initial difficulties, but the German opened the match with a superb goal with his back to goal (37m).

Just two minutes later, Gundogan appeared from the left and crossed to the millimeter with the head of Haaland, who had not scored in the previous two matches.

Indeed, in the second half, Gundogan signed a “repeated” goal with a beautiful direct free kick (51 m).

Bernardo Silva, who started the match on the bench, may be considering hosting Real Madrid. In the second leg of the Champions League semi-final, he replaced Gundogan in the 78th minute.

Ruben Dias was replaced during the compensation period, on his 26th birthday.

Brentford beat West Ham 2-0 with two goals from Mbiumu (20m) and Wissa (43m).
