The news comes in the context of a planned visit to Sweden by her mother, Princess Madeleine. Princess Madeleine was due to attend a Children’s Foundation event on Wednesday.

On their website, they wrote that Princess had canceled.

– We learned that Princess Madeleine has canceled her trip to Sweden for tonight’s party. The organization wrote that the reason is that Princess Leonor fell and broke her arm and is awaiting surgery.

– Since childhood, we wish Princess Leonor a speedy recovery.

In March, a Swedish court announced that Princess Madeleine, 40, her husband Chris O’Neill, 48, and their three children would settle in Stockholm.

The transition takes place in August, that is, before the start of school. Princess Leonor (9 years old) and Prince Nicholas (7 years old) will go to school, while the youngest girl – Princess Adrienne (4 years old) – will go to kindergarten.
