There is no phone (2) expected in the second half of 2023 in global markets. This will be the brand’s first high-end smartphone, and it should follow in the footsteps of the Phone (1) with its transparent design and Glyph interface.
With this launch approaching, many content creators have been conceptualizing what might change in Nothing’s future smartphone. and Concept Central’s Asaad Carl Bey, Shead.
The video we can see below simulates the video of the presentation over the phone (2). When outlined in the post, Carl Pei stated that it was a “perfect job”, and that it makes Nothing’s Mission more difficult to live up to expectations.
Telephoto camera and central punch-hole as key differences in the concept phone (2)
But what changes in this concept of phone (2)? Obviously, the Glyph interface is still there, which should be one of the strongholds of the equipment. But instead of having two rear cameras, we see three sensors here. This third will be a telephoto lens with up to 30x magnification.
If Nothing Phone (1) had the front camera in a punch-hole cutout aligned in the upper left corner, this concept places the hole at the top center of the screen. Like the original model, the volume buttons are on the left side and the on/off button on the right.
We must stress that this is just a concept, although to please Carl Bay, it may differ from the equipment that becomes official. Given the sleek design of the phone (1), no major aesthetic changes are expected for the future model.
What is known is that it will have a high-end Qualcomm processor. Rumors suggest that Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, to deliver a product at a more affordable price. But at this point, “tournament” is just a possibility.
