Santiago Lagoa goes to SIC to tell everything they did to him at TVI and even reveals who kicked him out in three minutes of conversation – Nacional

Days after TVI appointed a new presenter to replace him, Santiago Lagoá went to SIC to tell him everything they had done to him at Queluz de Baixo station. Julia Pinheiro pushed for it and Santiago ended up telling everything, with new details.

“What happened?” They shoot Julia as she opens Pandora’s Box.

Santiago begins by expressing his gratitude for the TVI adventure he has had, but leaves no stone unturned after that. “We should be grateful,” says Santiago Lagoa. “It’s been eight years of great struggle, of unforgettable moments.” “I knew I had people’s affection, but I didn’t know how big it was,” he added. “I was fired. And there are two things here: I can contest the way it was done. It was a bit violent, I didn’t expect it. There were no signs. Actually, I’m ready for a meeting with my notebook… I thought this meeting was about Another thing: I had already asked to do other things besides being a presenter, I was interested in doing other things and we had already recorded a pilot that didn’t make it to the air… I didn’t expect it at all, “says SIC’s Santiago Lagoa.

“It was 3 minutes so fast, letting me know that they love me so much, that I have a great future but unfortunately I am no longer part of the project and they don’t have projects for me anymore and I am free to look for other things. At that time, it took me a while to process. And it was With immediate effect. And they never gave me any professional reason, they just said they don’t depend on me,” he adds.

“They were people the general public didn’t know,” Santiago confirms, after Julia half-words asks if it was Cristina Ferreira who fired him at that meeting.

“It’s a hard surprise to deal with,” he adds. “I have not asked anyone for anything, the decision has been made, it has been made. You have to accept it so that the station has its way so that I can go to my own. I don’t want to be a hindrance to anyone. I want to be free to have my way and be Grateful for the station and for the people who always accompanied me and always gave me affection.”

Santiago confirms that the meeting took place via Zoom, just like FLASH! have already applied.
