“The longest telenovela ever made in Portugal…”

Immediately after “Festa é Festa” reached 500 episodes last week, Christina Ferreira revealed on her social networks that “It is the longest telenovela ever made in PortugalAs I was able to hit the round mark for airtime on TVI antenna.

However, this does not seem to correspond to the truth, as some followers warned about Christina Ferrera’s “mistake” and the statements she forgot to mention: “The actual record is TVI, but Anjo Selvagem had 603 episodes. Now even TVI compete with TVI itself has not been put forward🇧🇷Wild Angel has had over 600 episodes… this might be the longest episode but it’s not yetorSo Wild Angel hasn’t been over 600 episodes? Someone started a live broadcast. Controversialare some of the comments that can be read.

As the followers write, “Anjo Selvagem”, to date, holds the record as the most watched TV series on TVI with the aforementioned 603 episodes between September 2001 and February 2003. The second place among the telenovelas of the season does not belong to “Festa é Festa”, with “A Única Mulher” having a total 561 episodes between March 2015 and January 2017. If you look at the RTP TV series episode stats, it seems that “Os Nosso Dias” has 610 episodes Because of this, it is the longest running TV channel ever in Portugal.

Therefore, “Festa é Festa” (only) appears in fourth place In the list of the most seasoned soap operas in Portugal, contrary to what Cristina Ferreira claimed in her publications and which caused her to be “caught” in a small (big) “slip”.
