Aussie father, Tristan Fram, 11, has been charged with negligent homicide, after repeatedly ignoring his son’s cries for help. This is what the evening news agency wrote.
In November 2021, the 11-year-old and his father were visiting some friends in Brisbane.
When Tristian was found dead the next day, on November 22, an intense investigation was launched.
Now, about a year later, the father is a defendant in the case.

I ignored the son
During the investigation, it became known that the eleven-year-old died as a result of a snake bite.
Tristian is said to have told his father several times that he had been bitten and that he was in excruciating pain.
However, the 11-year-old was not taken seriously, and the father and son eventually went home and fell asleep.
Tristian’s condition worsened during the night and he was found dead the next day.
Chaos
Charges were brought this week against the father, who, according to police, is said to have repeatedly ignored his son.
In social media, Tristan is mentioned as a kind and gentle boy.
– I’m at a loss for words. I love you more than I ever thought possible. We will miss Tristan dearly, writes a family member.
The father will appear in court at the beginning of December this year on charges of negligent homicide.
