Siemens Portugal already has more than 3,000 workers and 200 new jobs – Executive Digest

The Siemens Portugal group now has 3,045 employees and continues to focus on job creation, with another 200 job openings. During the pandemic period, since March 2020, the company has employed another 423 employees.

“It is a great satisfaction to see such a significant increase in new highly qualified jobs created in the group companies, reflecting the growth of activities in the national territory, but above all exports, at a particularly difficult time at the global level” says Pedro Perez de Miranda CEO of Siemens Portugal.

The CEO also emphasizes the group’s goal of growing the team further, in line with the company’s sustainable growth strategy for the coming years, with a strong focus on the gradual increase in exports.

Pedro Pires de Miranda also states that in addition to Portuguese, the Siemens Portugal Group has employees of 58 other nationalities and 26 languages ​​spoken in the company, and is currently the subsidiary company where most foreigners work locally.
