The future is technical and green, which means that not all professions that exist today will continue to make sense, and on the one hand, new skills will be required to respond to new needs. According to the “RESET, Empleos com Futuro” report, there are 25 professions to watch, more than half of which relate specifically to digitization and the growing concern for the environment.
The Economista quoted the same report as saying that investment in these two fields is linked to the potential they represent in terms of economic development. It is also a priority in the strategic plans of the European Union.
Health, logistics, sales and industry are also areas highlighted in the analysis prepared by Fundación Canal de Isabel II in partnership with ManpowerGroup. And beware, not all the professions envisaged in this exercise of predicting the future require training or elaborate courses at certain universities.
