10 modern mobile phones under €350 with the best cameras according to DXomark

Camera quality is one of the points we should look at when choosing a new mobile phone. Anyone who thinks that we cannot find smartphones worth up to 350 euros with a good camera system is wrong.

To compile the list below, we took into account only the latest models (launched from 2023 onwards) that entered the DXomark platform rating, a reference in smartphone tests and ratings.

  1. Google Pixel 7a (2023) – 133 points – In Wharton
  2. Honor 90 (2023) – 122 points – On Amazon Spain
  3. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G (2023) – 121 points – On Amazon Spain
  4. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (2023) – 120 points – On Amazon Spain
  5. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G (2023) – 113 points – On Amazon Spain
  6. Samsung Galaxy A54 5G (2024) – 107 points – On Amazon Spain
  7. Samsung Galaxy A35 5G (2024) – 104 points – On Amazon Spain
  8. Motorola Edge 40 Neo (2023) – 103 points – On Amazon Spain
  9. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G (2023) – 102 points – On Amazon Spain
  10. Samsung Galaxy A25 5G (2023) – 92 points – On Amazon Spain

The above ranking confirms the investment made by Google, Honor and Xiaomi in camera systems, even in their mid-range models, and proves that we can buy good smartphones for less than 350 euros.

An interesting point to highlight is that to compile the list in terms of prices in euros, we had to look at two lists from DXomark, the mobile phones with the best cameras priced between $200 and $400 and those priced between $400 and $600.

In the end, half of the list was made up of models from this second price range. This shows how much prices have already dropped since the launch of the products (the price in DXomark is the launch price) and the launch of the next lines, and perhaps a price advantage in the European market.

Amazing Features of Google Pixel 7a

On August 13, Google will officially introduce the new Pixel 9 line to the world, while the Pixel 8 models continue to enjoy great success. However, it is the base model in the 7 line that takes the top spot in this ranking, proving the power of the camera systems in Pixel mobile phones.

And its victory is not in vain. The Pixel 7a features a 64MP main camera capable of capturing images at an excellent resolution of 9238 x 6928 pixels. The smartphone can also record 4K videos at an impressive resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, settings that mean the model has few rivals when it comes to multimedia on mid-range smartphones.

The camera isn't the only feature of the Pixel 7a that's worth noting. The model is an interesting 9mm thick, with a 6.1-inch display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. 5G network support allows for fast data transfer and excellent internet browsing.

Although it's about two lines behind Google's latest model, the Pixel 7a is still on the brand's list of smartphones that have received AI features, such as Circle to Search.
