The Joy Dadi Bitters / Bryt FM Concert, which came off on Saturday, March 12, 2016, till the early hours of the next day, was a must-attend event and anyone who missed it simply missed the biggest event at the beginning of the year.
The crowd, in excess of 20,000, covering the entire forecourt of the Jackson Park and the four roads leading to the venue enjoyed more than nine hours of non-stop music.
It was the biggest crowd to ever grace any event staged in Koforidua and the Eastern Region and all artistes billed for the show proved their worth on the night.
The crowd went gaga when self-acclaimed "Dancehall King" Shatta Wale and his Shatta Movement crew mounted the stage to prove he is still the dancehall artiste to beat in Ghana.
He decided to break away from the traditional miming by artistes and it worked to perfection with the thousands of people who thronged the premises dancing and singing along to all his tunes.
It would be an arduous task to determine who was the best act of the night as all the musicians billed to perform including Kwaw Kese, Pope Skinny, Bisa Kdei, Barima Sidney, Mzbel, Atom, Kwaku Manu, Lil Win and many others did not disappoint.
The musical concert was brought to you by Joy Dadi Bitters and was sponsored by Joy Industries Limited.
Media partners include Bryt FM, Tyt FM and Dadi FM of Joy Dadi Multimedia.
